Brian Hayes — the one who sells the house
Brian is a REALTOR® with Windermere and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), with more than a decade in real estate on top of a background in construction and finance and an accounting degree from Central Washington University. That mix is why nothing about a house surprises him — he can see the repair, the number, and the negotiation in the same walk-through.
