Our services
Everything between “it’s time” and “it’s sold.”
Not a menu of separate services — one continuous, managed process. You make one decision at a time; we carry each step into the next.
- First
Plan the move, together
It starts with a free home visit. We walk the house with you, listen to what matters, and write up a room-by-room plan: what comes along, what goes to family, what gets sold, what gets donated. If the new place is smaller — an apartment, a retirement community, assisted living — we do the space planning so everything you keep has a spot.
- Then
Declutter & downsize
Decades of belongings, sorted patiently and respectfully. We work alongside you (or your family), one room at a time, at whatever pace feels right. You decide; we lift, label, and keep track. Nothing leaves the house without your say-so.
- Then
Sell, donate & clear what stays behind
We run the estate sale, selling and liquidating household items of value so the proceeds come back to you. What doesn’t sell is donated where it will do some good — with receipts — and once the house is empty we handle the full estate cleanout, including haul-away of whatever remains, through a trusted crew.
- Then
Manage the move itself
We coordinate the movers — booking, scheduling, supervising on the day — and we pack and unpack. That means boxes leave labeled and arrive unpacked: bed made, kitchen set up, pictures on the wall of the new place.
- Then
Prep the house for sale
Small repairs, deep cleaning, and staging that helps buyers see the home the way you’ve always seen it. We manage the contractors and the schedule; you get updates, not chores.
- Finally
Sell the home
Brian Hayes, a REALTOR® with Windermere and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, lists the house, markets it, and negotiates the sale. You get one clear accounting at the end. Start to sold, one team the whole way.
Also good to know
Junk removal is included, not the point. Haul-away is one piece of the cleanout, done respectfully by a trusted crew — after everything of value or meaning has been kept, gifted, sold, or donated.
Estates and probate. If you’re settling a loved one’s home, the same start-to-sold service applies, and we can coordinate with your attorney where probate is involved.
Timelines that fit real life. Assisted-living move-in dates, out-of-state family schedules, a house that needs months versus a house that needs weeks — the plan bends to your situation, not the other way around.
Not sure which parts you need?
That’s normal — most families aren’t. Call or text the Heroes, describe the situation, and we’ll tell you plainly what would help and what you can skip.
