How it works
Four steps. One phone number.
The whole point of Estate Heroes is that you shouldn’t have to become a project manager to leave a house. Here is exactly what happens after you call.
- Call or text the Heroes
One conversation, no pressure, no obligation. Tell us about the house and what’s ahead — a move to be near family, a retirement community, assisted living. We’ll set up a free home visit at a time that suits you.
- We make the plan together
We walk the home with you and write up a simple plan: what stays with you, what goes to family, what gets sold or donated, and when each step happens. You approve everything before anything begins.
- The team does the work
Sorting, packing, the estate sale, donations, movers, cleanout, repairs, and staging — all scheduled and supervised for you, with updates at every step. Nothing leaves the house without your say-so.
- Your home is sold
Brian lists the house, handles showings and negotiation, and sees the sale through to closing. You get one clear accounting at the end — and your family gets their weekends back.
Questions families ask
How long does it take?
Every home is different. Some families need three weeks, some need three months — and both are fine. The timeline goes into the plan at the free home visit, and it moves at your pace, never ours.
Do I have to be there for everything?
No. Many of our clients’ families live out of the area. Decisions can happen by phone, text, or email, and you’ll get regular updates either way. Be there for as much or as little as you like.
What happens to the belongings?
You decide, item by item where it matters: keep, gift, sell, or donate. Things of value are sold and that money comes back to you; donations go where they’ll do good, with receipts.
What does it cost?
We will go over exactly how the service works, and what it costs, at the free home visit — before you commit to anything.
Step one is the easy one.
Call or text (206) 310-5398. The home visit is free, and so is deciding it’s not for you.
